• Services are offered on a subscription basis with a 7-day free trial. • No refunds will be issued once payments are processed.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for uploading the following: • Execution data • Screenshots and screen recordings • Journal entries (text notes and tagging)

7. Data Ownership and Usage

• Users retain ownership of all data uploaded to the platform. • Users may choose to make their data publicly available. • Aggregated and anonymized data may be used by APX Software UG for statistical analysis and to improve the platform.
